50 caliber bottle opener and twist bullet pen made from urban camouflaged acrylic

This ballpoint twist pen kit utilizes a genuine once-fired .50 BMG case, cross style ballpoint twist mechanism and 24k Gold plated nib. It was cut to also be used as a bottle opener! This pen was turned by hand on my lathe using a piece of urban camouflaged acrylic. The pen was sealed with cyanoacrylic for durability, damage resistance and water proofing. The brass casing was also polished to a high gloss.

This head turning pen makes a great decoration on the desk while also being a neat writing tool. A favorite among hunters, military and outdoor enthusiast, this pen is sure to be a conversation starter.
