Gun Metal Bolt Action Pen made from a dyed and stabilized Corn Cob

This pen was made with a dyed and stabilized corn cob. Yes, I said a corn cob! We took a dried corn cob and stabilized it in cactus juice and dyed it blue. The result is a one of a kind pen with unique patterning. It was turned on my lathe by hand and sealed with cyanoacrylic for durability, damage resistance and water proofing.
